Assurance of satisfaction, assistance, and security is always the priority. However even if any precious customer is not happy with the product, the choice of returning the product is available. 

 Returns 

In an unlikely event, we are happy to offer a 30-day return policy in which any product not damaged or in the same condition as you received it keeping aside any manufacturing defect will be considered.Sale items, products with discounts applied, and gifts are not covered under the return policy unless a product defect is found. 

To process a return/exchange, simple steps are to be followed:

  • A video would be necessary on the part of customers while unboxing the products for smooth returns. Without the video, the products will neither be exchanged nor amount refunded. 
  • All the items related to the product including the invoice and original packaging should be kept intact and addressed as
  • It’s a humble request to customers to keep the original packaging and the product as it was received appropriately for an easy return and refund process. Any damages that occurred during the transit must be bearing the Golden Time tag for identification. No damage and alteration to the product after tag removal will be accepted.  
  • All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-refundable and can only be exchanged or returned for manufacturing defects. The shipping charges have to be borne bythe customer itself. 
  • Any other concerns and the products unpackaging video with an image of tags on the products must be emailed at goldentime.care@gmail.com

Refund

Please note the following important process, once you have initiated a return:

  1. After the promising exchange of images and videos of the product, you will send your package with the related ingredients on this address 2-J-1 Pratap Nagar, Near Shanti Steel, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, 342001, via post or any other courier services within 4 -7 business days (Sundays not included). 
  2. Once the pickup is in process maximum of 3 attempts from the courier service will be provided for it and in any case, the pick-up is canceled by the customer additional charges can be levied. 
  3. For Prepaid Orders,oncewe receive the items, the amount of the products will be refunded via the original payment mode used by the customer (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank account) within 3-5 business days.
  4. A period of 12-15 business days must be allowed for the entire return process to be completed.

What can I return?

  1. Any product which is visible on the returnable window on the products listings is eligible for a return. 
  2. All the details are mentioned in our Return Policy above. 

Can I replace an item?

  1. The product when ordered is received by you in a damaged or defective condition, not seems to be the exact product as you thought off, a free replacement would be available on the product provided it is in stock. 
  2. In other adverse situations, a refund will be initiated on time. 

What are the return guidelines?

  1. Eligibility for return is the first prerequisite for a product. 
  2. If,in any case, a reverse pick-up is not available for the customer, self-shipping can be exercised with the further provision and theself-shipping charges must be paid by customer’s themselves.
  3. After the return is exercised following the return policy, a refund will be initiated in the original payment mode or via NEFT or UPI for COD orders. 

When will I get my refund?

  1. Once Golden Time receives the product, a refund will be in process. 
  2. From the date of receipt of the product by us, a period of 7-10 business days will be needed for the refund. 

What are the guidelines to accept shipments?

    1. Initially when you receive the product kindly check then and there only for no damaged packaging and product being tampered with on the way. 
  • In case the package is damaged or tampered with, the refusal of delivery will be the most appropriate choice. In the case of prepaid products, you can initiate the refund process immediately.
